Electrical SafetyThis course explains how electrical shocks occur and how to minimize the risk of receiving a shock. The affect of current flow on the body and factors affecting current flow are examined. Procedures for touching de-energized equipment, operating switches and replacing fuses are explained. Interactive learning simulations demonstrate the affect that varying levels of current flow have on the body. The information presented in this course is intended to supplement and not replace any existing plant safety protocols. |
