The Hands on Technical Training Center was formed with the objective of providing industrial maintenance related technical training to companies with a need to upgrade the skills and capabilities of their operation staff. Keeping the adult learner in mind, HOT-Training has broken away from the traditional classroom style training to be able to better offer each student an opportunity to learn by doing.

Theory is presented via computer based instruction. That theory, presented in topics, is then put into realistic practice with the completion of associated lab experiments performed on training hardware units. An On-the-Job feeling is promoted with the use of actual 3 phase power, standard industrial components and genuine PLC hardware and software.
